Amenities are anchored by The Atrium, a spa with a 25-metre pool, fitness studio, two private cinemas, and games rooms, complemented by a podium roof garden, a Level 32 residents' club with bar and terrace, and 24-hour concierge. A retained Grade II*-listed gasholder frame is reimagined as a sculptural water feature within the landscaped grounds, giving the scheme a distinctive sense of place. The result is a park-side residential landmark that pairs a world-renowned architect with one of London's most ambitious garden-led regenerations.
