One King's Road Park is the architectural centerpiece of Berkeley's King's Road Park regeneration, a Foster + Partners-designed pair of towers rising just off the King's Road on the site of the former Imperial Gasworks. The 28- and 38-storey buildings hold 143 dual-aspect apartments and penthouses with interiors by MAWD, oriented toward a six-acre private residents' park, the Thames, and the wider London skyline. Amenities are anchored by The Atrium, a spa with a 25-metre pool, fitness studio, two private cinemas, and games rooms, complemented by a podium roof garden, a Level 32 residents' club with bar and terrace, and 24-hour concierge. A retained Grade II*-listed gasholder frame is reimagined as a sculptural water feature within the landscaped grounds, giving the scheme a distinctive sense of place.
