About the project

Porsche Design Concours West Palm Beach is one of the first two locations of a new car-ownership club concept from Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group, unveiled September 28, 2026 alongside a sister project in Dallas. The West Palm Beach destination holds 22 privately owned, deeded automobile studios ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet, each with a mezzanine level, a full bathroom, a wet bar and a climate-controlled environment, organized along The Concours, a central interior automotive promenade that replaces the traditional exterior drive aisle with a gallery-like setting for arrival and display. A private, membership-based Clubhouse anchors the community with padel, a spa and wellness program, dining, private lounges, coworking, outdoor terraces, event spaces, concierge and 24-hour security. The architecture and interiors were designed in collaboration with Porsche Design and executed locally by Urban Robot Associates. Porsche ownership is not required and studios are sold by invitation only. The exact site has not been disclosed; Porsche Design says each destination is placed within roughly 10 to 15 minutes of where the local collector community lives. Targeted to open in 2028.
