About the project

Westgate Village is a phased mixed-use redevelopment of the former Palm Beach Kennel Club, the historic greyhound track on roughly 42 to 47 acres at 1111 North Congress Avenue in the Westgate area of unincorporated Palm Beach County. A joint venture of Terra and the Frisbie Group, the walkable neighborhood is planned for more than a thousand residences — studio-to-three-bedroom apartments, including a workforce-housing component — alongside roughly 120,000 square feet of commercial, retail and dining space woven through a network of streets, plazas and open space. The redevelopment reimagines one of the county's best-known landmarks as a contemporary live-work-play district anchoring the fast-growing Congress Avenue corridor near West Palm Beach.
