The Greenwich Spire brings a new pinnacle to the Greenwich Village skyline: a 538-foot, 30-story condominium at 11 West 13th Street from Legion Investment Group and EJS Group that will rise roughly 200 feet above the neighborhood's tallest existing buildings. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed the slender tower as a counterpoint to the city's glass skyscrapers, wrapping its frame in brick, stone, and metalwork with fluted cast-stone pillars at the base leading to a covered porte-cochere. Vertical piers draw the eye up the shaft, intersecting with loggias carved into the massing, while oversized casement windows frame Hudson River and Manhattan skyline views. Just 34 residences fill the tower's 30 floors, with interiors by Leroy Street Studio and sales led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
