Viceroy Park Avenue

Viceroy Park Avenue is Viceroy Hotels and Residences' flagship return to New York City, a 252-room hotel rising at the corner of Park Avenue South and 29th Street in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood. Developed as a joint venture between Highgate, Tao Group Hospitality, and BGO, the hotel pairs interiors by Meyer Davis Studio with food and beverage programming by Tao Group Hospitality. Guestrooms and suites include four presidential suites, among them three penthouse-level suites and a duplex suite, plus a wellness penthouse with a private infrared sauna and cold plunge. Amenities span a penthouse-level rooftop with an outdoor pool, pool bar, and cocktail lounge overlooking the skyline, a ground-floor restaurant and cafe, a spa with treatment rooms, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge, a fitness center, and more than 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
