Waldorf Astoria Miami Beach marks the luxury brand's debut in the Miami Beach market, created through the transformation of a landmark oceanfront hotel at 2201 Collins Avenue, one of the city's most storied beachfront addresses within Miami Beach's luxury hotel corridor. Owned by Reuben Brothers — the global private-equity and real-estate group behind Waldorf Astoria London's Admiralty Arch — and managed by Hilton under a newly signed agreement, the 20-story property is undergoing a meticulous renovation and repositioning ahead of a planned Winter 2027 relaunch. The reimagined hotel will feature 348 newly refreshed suites, among the most spacious in the market, each with ocean views and a private balcony, alongside a new lobby and Peacock Alley (the brand's signature gathering space), a food and beverage program led by world-class culinary talent, a newly curated spa and enhanced fitness center, an upgraded 48,000-square-foot pool deck with private cabanas, and revitalized event spaces. Interiors are designed by Avenue Interior Design. The property joins Waldorf Astoria's global portfolio of 40 hotels and is a separate development from the forthcoming Waldorf Astoria in Downtown Miami, slated to open in 2028.
