Delano Miami Beach reopened May 1, 2026 after a six-year renovation — the original 1947 Robert Swartburg-designed Art Deco landmark at 1685 Collins Avenue, restored under Ennismore in partnership with Cain International (who took a minority stake in the brand in 2024). The 171-key property includes guestrooms, suites, signature Poolside Bungalows, and Penthouse Suites with views of both the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean. Renovation design led by Elastic Architects with Ennismore's lifestyle team, leaning minimalist and airy with organic furniture. Four signature restaurant and bar concepts include a revival of the legendary Rose Bar, once a gathering place for Hollywood luminaries and Miami's creative elite.
