Bvlgari Hotel Miami Beach

Bvlgari Hotel Miami Beach is Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts' first hotel in the United States, a luxury redevelopment of the historic Seagull Hotel at 100 21st Street in Miami Beach, Florida, steps from the oceanfront near the Collins Park arts district. Developed by Blue Horizon Group in partnership with Bvlgari and designed by Milan's ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the project replaces most of the original 1948 Albert Anis building, which needed an entirely new foundation, while preserving and restoring its Miami Modern north facade. The approved design adds two floors for a nine-story hotel of about 100 rooms, most of them suites, with an outdoor pool, a spa and fitness center, and a restaurant and bar overseen by Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito, bringing Bvlgari's understated Italian luxury to South Beach.
