350 Park Avenue is a Foster + Partners supertall office tower rising on the full Park Avenue blockfront between East 51st and East 52nd Streets in Midtown East, Manhattan, developed by Citadel, Vornado Realty Trust and Rudin, a 62-story tower that broke ground in 2026 and is set to finish in 2032. The roughly 1.8-million-square-foot Class A tower will serve as the new headquarters of Citadel and Citadel Securities, anchoring at least 850,000 square feet for about 6,000 employees. The project is a tear-down: it replaces the existing 30-story midcentury tower at 350 Park Avenue, the 23-story office building at 40 East 52nd Street and a five-story building at 39 East 51st Street, and it draws on air rights purchased from St. Patrick's Cathedral and St. Bartholomew's Church under the Midtown East rezoning.
