Sioni Group has redeveloped 366 Madison Avenue with a new facade, a new lobby, new elevators and pre-built office floors finished to a premium standard, a 16-story tower.

Typical floors run about 7,150 rentable square feet, topped by a 5,952-square-foot 16th-floor suite with a private terrace, 15- to 20-foot ceilings and a skylight.
