About the project

A flagship conversion of an 18-story, 1930s-era building on Manhattan's Avenue of the Americas into 187 guest rooms built around a lean, design-forward "everything you need, nothing you don't" philosophy — signature beds, rainfall showers, and premium finishes in efficiently scaled spaces. The social heart of the property is a 24/7 lobby bar serving both overnight guests and neighborhood regulars, set steps from Herald Square, the Empire State Building, and Madison Square Garden.
