The Wolseley Hotel New York will be the inaugural property of The Wolseley Hotels, a new luxury brand from Minor Hotels, opening in early 2027 as the brand's global flagship and Minor Hotels' entry into the United States luxury segment. The hotel occupies the landmark building at 130 West 44th Street, built in 1905 as the clubhouse for The Lambs and designed by Stanford White of McKim, Mead & White; the building reopened as The Chatwal New York in 2010 and is now being repositioned by owner BJGH. It will offer 76 rooms and suites, the first US location of The Wolseley restaurant, a cellar-level speakeasy bar and a wellness center.
