EOS Wellness has filed plans for a 325-foot Foster + Partners and ODP tower in Miami Beach's Sunset Harbour, with 44 homes, a longevity spa, and multiple pools on the former Office Depot site.

The Live Local Act tower grows from 31 to 39 stories and from 120 to 149 residences (72 workforce, 77 market-rate) over a six-story, 156-space.
