Reserve at One Sunset

Reserve at One Sunset is a slender 20-story tower planned by New York's Turnbridge Equities for 1 Sunset Drive and 1920 Alton Road, at the entrance to Miami Beach's Sunset Harbour neighborhood. Designed by Miami's ODP Architecture with Brandon Haw Architecture consulting, the 323-foot building wraps its floors in sculpted, curving balconies and floor-to-ceiling glass with warm wood accents. The upper floors hold just 21 luxury condominiums, three- and five-bedroom homes averaging roughly 4,300 square feet plus a penthouse, above 14 workforce rental studios and one-bedrooms delivered under Florida's Live Local Act. A 22,000-square-foot podium carries five padel courts, a wellness club, a large pool and outdoor hot tub, with about 4,300 square feet of ground-floor retail facing Alton Road. The project would replace the cluster of existing low-rise commercial buildings on the corner, including the recently opened Pura Vida cafe building, which are slated for demolition.
