About the project

Paragon is a 23-story waterfront condominium on Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City, developed by ZD Jasper and designed by Archimaera, billed as the neighborhood's first new waterfront condo in more than a decade. The tower rises from the preserved shell of the historic Paragon Paint Factory, weaving the site's industrial heritage into a contemporary form along the East River. Residences range from studios to four-bedrooms, many framing direct Manhattan skyline and waterfront views. Amenities include a 20th-floor sky lounge, a landscaped rooftop terrace, a fitness center, an outdoor fitness terrace with a pickleball court, and lifestyle spaces such as a golf simulator and a karaoke room, all moments from the LIC waterfront and ferry.
