PENN15 is a proposed 1,050-foot, 52-story office supertall at 15 Penn Plaza, also addressed as 401 Seventh Avenue, occupying the full block between West 32nd and 33rd Streets directly across from Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan. Developed by Vornado Realty Trust and designed by Foster + Partners, the tower is planned as the centerpiece of Vornado's Penn District and would deliver roughly 2.1 million square feet of office space above lower-level retail. The latest design gives the supertall a tiered massing with setbacks on all four sides. The site was formerly home to the historic Hotel Pennsylvania, demolished to make way for the new tower, and its position atop one of the busiest transit hubs in North America makes PENN15 a defining addition to the Midtown West skyline.
