262 Fifth Avenue is an 860-foot slender condominium tower in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood, developed by Boris Kuzinez's Five Points Development with architecture by Moscow-based Meganom. The 54-story pencil tower holds just 26 full-floor and duplex residences on roughly 45-by-45-foot floor plates, crowned by a rooftop infinity pool with sweeping views over Madison Square Park. Executive architecture is by SLCE Architects.
