Its 296 residences run from studios to three-bedroom homes and penthouses, with select top-floor units opening onto private rooftop decks. The amenity program leans on the water: a resident-only 14-slip marina, an expansive resort-style pool deck facing the bay, pickleball and sand volleyball courts and a double-height fitness center, plus dedicated work-from-home space. The tower replaces the Chase Suite Hotel, a 1986 complex of twelve two-story buildings with 160 suites that is being demolished to make way for it, part of a wave of redevelopment turning Rocky Point's low-slung hotels into high-rise waterfront living.
