Soho House NoMad

Soho House NoMad is the members' club's fourth New York house after Soho House New York in the Meatpacking District, Ludlow House and DUMBO House, planned for the lower floors of the Johnston Building, the 12-story limestone Beaux-Arts tower of 1903 at 1170 Broadway and West 28th Street in the Madison Square North Historic District that Sydell Group turned into the NoMad Hotel in 2012 and that reopened in 2022 as The Ned NoMad. Soho House will occupy three floors of club and wellness space below The Ned's 120 hotel rooms, which stay on floors five through twelve with Cecconi's and the Little Ned bar at street level; the two brands keep separate entrances and members-only areas. The program includes a Club Bar and Drawing Room overlooking Broadway, a separate bar and lounge, a late-night pantry bar, a hidden outdoor terrace, the Magic Room for live music and performances, and the first Soho House gym in New York with strength and cardio floors and a class program, alongside a two-floor, 20,000-square-foot Soho Health Club with sauna, hammam, ice baths, treatment rooms and a smoothie counter, following the Health Club format launched in Venice Beach and Los Cabos. Membership applications have not opened. Soho House's existing three New York houses could not fit a fitness operation of this size.
